Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Standard delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days from the date your order ships via air express. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. If your package shows any signs of external damage on arrival, please take photos before opening and contact us immediately.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the tracking information to update.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, must not show signs of significant use or damage, and you must contact us at vordurwellness@gmail.com to initiate the return before sending anything back.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address once your return is approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged or is defective, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Please email vordurwellness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue.

We will respond within 24 hours and arrange a replacement or full refund. You will not be responsible for return shipping on damaged or defective items.

WARRANTY

All products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with your product within the warranty period, contact us at vordurwellness@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at vordurwellness@gmail.com. We can cancel orders that have not yet shipped at no charge. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our returns process.
