WARRANTY
Every Vordur Wellness product is built to last and backed by a manufacturer warranty.
COVERAGE
All Vordur Wellness products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, heating element failures, controller unit malfunctions, PEMF coil and electromagnetic component malfunctions, photon light failures, electrical wiring and connection defects, and premature deterioration of internal components under normal use.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use, cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, or surface marks, damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage, damage caused by liquid spills on the controller unit, unauthorised modifications or repairs, damage caused by use of incorrect voltage or power sources, or issues resulting from failure to follow the included care instructions.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, please contact us at vordurwellness@gmail.com with your order number, the date you received the product, clear photos or a short video showing the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
We will respond within 24 hours. Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement unit or component at no cost to you, including shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTES
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty service may involve replacing the full unit or specific components depending on the nature of the issue. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective product or component before shipping a replacement.
BEYOND THE WARRANTY
If you experience any issue outside the warranty period, please still reach out to us. We will do our best to help you find a solution or provide replacement parts at a fair cost.
